Professional health and safety precaution and applications begin when the personnel starts working and continues along the work life. The process is not only for protecting for the employee but also for everybody who enters Dogan Ofset.
The candidates who will start to work are required health report, lung radiography, hearing test to check their general health condition. After controlling these documents, our plant doctor examines the person to check if he/she is eligible for the working conditions.
In the beginning of work:
1- Training orientation
2- Training at the office,
3- Training on the job profile and
Periodically:
1- Learning on security and safety
2- Other training (professional and personal). All of these training gives employees the right skills to defend themselves against any risks in the workplace.
In addition, there are other works to create a safer working environment for employees. Such measures are in line with the existing labor laws, regulations, guidelines on labor safety and security measures and those constitutes the Labor Program of the Security and safety company Dogan Ofset.
All these works are intended to identify the risks posed by working conditions, working environment, tools, inventory, machinery and equipment ,to take the necessary preventions, and to improve the working conditions continously. Examples of such works are the measurement of noise, light, thermal comfort, and vibration, risk assessment and measures of prevention, identification and supply of personal protective equipment, periodic medical examinations of employees, identification of their needs in training and similar measures to ensure the best conditions of workers, both physical and socially.
