Inside Dogan Ofset, there are two pieces of fully automatic plate exposure and bathroom lines of Creo Trendsetter VLF Quantum. Each line consists of tape unit,plate exposure unit, conveyor and bath unit.
CTP system working with the technology of thermal plate is a system that can take 20 patterns in a hour, running with zero error. Maximum and minimum plate sizes are 980 x 1309mm and 600 X 914mm ,respectively.
Plate baking (Egraf): The process of making oven-glue to extend the circulation life of the exposed plate at a determined temperature.
Data plate scanning: The process of transferring information from plate surface to the machine by scanning.
