We have acquired the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 for customer satisfaction at the highest level and we will comply with the requirements of this system in addition to continued development of effective quality management system.
Our entire system is documented in our quality manual. This manual contain processes's interaction, procedures, job descriptions, quality plans, instructions, forms, the workflow diagram that shows documents provided from outside. Our systems and procedures have been established to understand our customers' needs and to ensure satisfaction.
Quality Management activities are based on to reduce the risk and eliminate the errors, and are planned carefully. The success of the required quality standards is a fundamental responsibility of every employee. All staff are given the opportunity to contribute continuous improvement.
