Dogan Ofset Started to Use Certificated Soft Proof
Dear Customer,
Dogan Ofset, started to the use of soft proof (Screen test), in line with ISO, with high-resolution LaCie 724 coloured monitors those integrated on the management table of each printing machine.
To date, print masters could verify the work (color) after receipt of the printed samples sent by the clients, but in many cases the samples produced out of norms were not correct examples of correct colors for the final printing.
Doğan Ofset has always aimed at ISO 12647-2 offset print form in its print quality and broke new ground by starting to use certified soft proof ( Screen test ) under ISO norms. From now on, the print masters will use screen images in line with ISO 12647-2 standard calibrated color settings.
The printing results on the LaCie Test Monitors are simulated with standard profiles formed by the Fogra Institute which Doğan Ofset is a member of. This ensures consistency between the sample and the final print.
Unfortunately, coloured hard copies sent by the customers will be ignored during colour settings.
